We're looking for a CEO to lead our new platform. The role combines leading operations of our first acquisition ( -$20M revenue I -$4M EBITDA) while driving deployment of $30M of committed equity for future acquisitions. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Platform Leadership (75%)

    • Lead operations of our flagship business (~$20M revenue / ~$4M EBITDA). This includes ( 1) providing daily operational leadership and strategic direction across all business units; (2) managing a high­performing, 50+ person blue-collar work force; (3) maintaining and growing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers & suppliers; (4) overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation via clear KP ls (and holding team members accountable); (5) leading recruitment, training, and development of management team members and field workforce; (6) creating, implementing, and managing sales, customer management, and inventory management systems and processes.
  • M&A/lntegration (25%)

    • Deploy $30M of committed equity through strategic acquisitions.
    • Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities in coordination with Tucker's Farm M&A team.
    • Lead integration of acquired businesses and develop playbook for future platform expansion.

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to assist with our sourcing and origination efforts. Main responsibilities are to initiate and maintain relationships with business brokers/investment bankers via cold-calling and various outbound sales initiatives in order to expand our deal pipeline and generate 5 Qualified Leads per week.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Connect with a minimum of 30 business brokers/bankers per week (‘Connect’ defined as >3 minutes call per week), including a mix of (i) cold-calling and (ii) responding to brokers’ request for introductory calls.
  • Act as a point of contact for incoming calls and emails from brokers to address any inquiries.
  • Be an expert on Tucker’s Farm firm background, investment criteria, process, track records, to establish credibility and articulate our value proposition with brokers.
  • Keep the CRM system updated and accurate with lead information, highly organized notes and status updates.
  • Maintain close relationships with brokers via follow-up calls and emails in a timely manner and at a regular cadence.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary range of $60,000+, depending on experience

    • $300 per Qualified Lead (specific definition to be provided, but generally defined as any opportunity with $2m+ EBITDA)

We’re a holding company looking for someone to help manage M&A across our new platforms/sub-hold cos. We need this person to start as soon as possible (but definitely on/before June 1, 2025) and location is totally flexible (i.e. remote).
